Dear Alias74 I totally agree with you. I’ve seen the scene and It's clearly erotic: where there is nakedness there is also a natural erotic tension in the air. IMHO the scene results embellished by the graceful presence of Susan Misner. A feminine presence in the scene surely increases the spiciness of the male full frontal nudity context. The final fragment is probably even more spicy than the rest of the movie, especially when Cosgrove turns himself around shaking naughtily and impudently his bare stinker in front of Misner while he is going away. Not an easy scene for both of them but surely a nice CFNM experience for him.
Full Disclosure: I know Cosgrove is not in the best shape by certain standards but this scene gave me the biggest, fullest boner of my life.
